1. Your family unit is private. Only members you explicitly invite into your circle can view shared notes, reminders, or papers.
2. No ad tracking in the app. The Parwah application has zero advertising trackers and zero third-party behavioural profiling.
3. Location on demand only. Location is accessed only when you choose to share it (for example during an active emergency SOS or check-in). We do not run background location tracking.
4. You can export or delete your circle anytime. When you delete a record or leave a circle, it is removed from active databases.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly to provide the Parwah family-care service:
- Account information: Your mobile phone number, name, and a 4-number PIN used to sign into your account securely.
- Family circle information: Circle names, family member names, stated relationships (such as son, daughter, mother, father), and profile notes.
- Health facts and daily tasks: Voluntary notes you record for your family, such as blood groups, allergies, doctor contact details, insurance numbers, and daily pill or task reminders.
- Vault records: Reference labels and numbers for family papers (such as passport, Aadhaar, or insurance policy expiry dates) entered into your vault. Access to each paper is controlled by its owner.
- Emergency SOS and Location: If an emergency SOS is triggered, temporary coordinates and optional short audio notes are transmitted to your circle members and emergency contacts to coordinate help.
2. How We Use Information
We process your data only for genuine service purposes:
- To keep your family circle synchronized across members' devices.
- To deliver notifications, reminders, and alerts when daily tasks need attention.
- To notify your designated contacts immediately if an emergency SOS is raised.
- To verify your sign-in with your PIN and safeguard against unauthorized access.
3. No Advertising, No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or family data to third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or advertisers. Parwah generates revenue through direct subscriptions and daily-living products, not by monetizing your family records.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your records are stored securely in database servers protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are hashed using cryptographic functions, so plain session keys are never stored on disk.
5. Your Rights Under Indian Law (DPDP Act)
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, you hold complete control over your personal data:
- Right to Access: You can view all information saved in your circle directly inside the app.
- Right to Correction: You can update, edit, or correct any record at any time.
- Right to Erasure: You can delete individual records, remove members, or delete your entire family circle.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You may write to our designated Grievance Officer with any questions or concerns.
